For local deliveries within Cyprus, a courier contact or reference number will be provided.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.
If your parcel appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll assist in tracing it with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
