As each piece is curated and individually packed, minor variations in tone, finish, or packaging may occur.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€).
We currently accept payments securely via PayPal.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Cyprus: 1–3 days

  • EU: 7–10 days

  • Rest of World: 10–15 days
    Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email (where applicable).

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene and exclusivity reasons, The Jocale Studio does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Earrings, rings, or body jewellery

  • Mystery, curated, seasonal, or limited-edition gift boxes

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to keep all product and pricing information current.
However, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel orders affected by them before shipment.
